Individual Therapy
Individual therapy refers to one-on-one mental health treatment that is personalized to suit an individual’s unique needs. It involves setting therapeutic goals, processing one’s past, and learning how to manage one’s symptoms or triggers in order to live a healthier life.
Therapy for Therapists
Therapy for therapists addresses all of the same issues mentioned under Individual Therapy, with the ability for added focus on issues such as: help for the helper, vicarious & secondary traumatic stress, imposter syndrome, transference/counter-transference, and compassion fatigue/burnout.
Couples/Dyad Therapy
Couples therapy helps address relationship issues and promote healthier interactions between partners. I utilize a blend of EFT and CBT based strategies with couples. It's critical to remember that couples therapy is a collaborative effort, and that both parties must be committed to and actively involved for the therapy to be successful.
DBT Skills Groups
DBT aims to help clients who struggle with regulating emotions and maladaptive behaviors by teaching 4 modules of coping skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness). Two different skills groups are offered:

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Supervision is for LMSWs in Texas pursuing their LCSW license. It is an evaluative and interactive process where the supervisor oversees the work of the supervisee for the purpose of enhancing professional skills and functioning.
Consultation is a process that occurs between colleagues and/or peers, where one mental health professional is seeking the other’s help, insight, or assistance regarding a particular clinical matter or problem.
Behavioral Health Coaching
Behavioral Health Coaching is a valuable choice for anyone looking to improve their quality of life. With a behavioral health coach, clients can gain confidence, further explore their self-identity, cope with daily stressors or life transitions, and focus on building a life worth living.
